Designscapes has a lot to offer our design clients and retail customers from a national award winning design/build landscape firm to our retail nursery garden center.

Being a quality oriented design/build landscape firm we constantly strive to be one of the most innovative and creative companies in the Long Island marketplace. Designscapes is a multifaceted company specializing in custom masonry of stone walls, terraces and patios, design and installation of pools, poolscapes, ponds and waterfalls, custom carpentry, sod and seeded lawns, irrigation, nightscaping and specialty garden design and installation. Conceptual design underlies the work Designscapes does. Though we do not adhere to specific style of garden design we offer a mix of formal and natural gardens tailored to the client's specific needs. There is a range of design presentation and service from scaled drawings to photo realistic three dimensional computer imaging. Designscapes helps our clients visualize their landscape during the designing phase; to assure the results the client is looking for is achieved. Finally, Designscapes offers a service/warranty and maintenance programs for all its newly installed landscapes. Our attention is focused upon providing quality service and professionalism from start to finish of our projects.

In addition Designscapes has its own retail nursery and garden center, Designer Source Nursery. Designer Source Nursery is designed like a strolling garden. This layout allows our Designscapes clients to see the quality workmanship we demand of ourselves. Also, retail customers can have the same access to materials as design customers and the ability to achieve the same effect as a professionally designed landscape. Designer Source Nursery offers services such as computer generated designs, delivery and installation, and private shopping.

Designscapes is proud to be the exclusive Long Island dealer of Bolduc Masonry Products, solid mahogany Lancaster Conservatories and Rosetta hardscape products.

Design Integrity

Conceptual planning underlies the work we do. Though we do not adhere to a specific style of garden design, we do often mix notions of the formal and natural gardens.

Design Options

We offer a range of design presentation and services from scaled drawings to photo realistic three-dimensional computer imaging. We will assist you in visualizing your landscape during the design phase so that you will be assured the results you are seeking will be achieved.

Complete Nursery

On a 3-acre site we grow and stock unique specimen plants, boulders, garden furniture and accessories. Stroll through numerous landscape displays set up to show you the quality we demand of ourselves.

Job Execution

Our attention is focused upon providing quality service and professional job execution. Our design staff and work crews are able and willing to transform your yard into a functional and beautiful landscape. Each design is uniquely tailored to your specific needs.

Pruning & Garden Care

We offer a maintenance program for your newly installed landscape. Through selective pruning and perennial division we can control and enhance the quality of your landscape as it matures.

• Head south on 112 for approximately 4 miles until the end.
• At the end of 112 south make a left onto Montauk Highway (80)
• On Montauk Highway (80) proceed approximately 7/10 of a mile and bear right at the fork onto South Country Rd (36)
• Designscapes is located approximately 1.2 miles down South Country Rd (36) on the right at Designer Source Nursery.

From Sunrise Highway

• From the Sunrise Highway take exit 53 Medford Ave (112 South).
• Head south on 112 for approximately 1 mile until the end.
• At the end of 112 south make a left onto Montauk Highway (80).
• On Montauk Highway (80) proceed approximately 7/10 of a mile and bear right at the fork onto South Country Rd (36).
• Designscapes is located approximately 1.2 miles down South Country Rd (36) on the right side at Designer Source Nursery.
